Then Sings My Soul Saturday

I have been seeing this poster for quite some time now and how I love this line "Then sings my soul" from the song "How Great Thou Art." I love music! This is hosted by Amy of Signs, Miracles, and Wonders.

I just came home from church service. When I arrived at church earlier, the song was "How Great Thou Art" and that's the first time I heard that song again sung by the music team almost after 14 years.

I love this song! And I was moved because I haven't attended church for 4 Sundays because of confidential reasons and I was sick with flu last Sunday. I'm so glad that GOD blessed me today with one of my super favorite old songs! I am just super happy of how GOD moves in my life. I thank GOD for bringing me to church today physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy. GOD IS SO FAITHFUL IN MY LIFE!

I took 2 renditions of the song. The first one is Sandi Patty - one of my favorite female singers! A classic and super amazing voice!

"How Great Thou Art"

There was an altar call today because our speaker is one of the members of "The Gideons" and a friend of my mom, Brother Diony Espiritu. A very blessed servant of GOD. He preached about "Serving in Greatness" (I'll be posting the sermon later). The song for the altar call is one of my favorites as a child.

"Power of Your Love"

The benediction song is new to me but I love it!

Praise GOD from whom all the blessings flow
Praise HIM, all creatures here below
Praise HIM, all ye heavenly host
Praise FATHER, SON AND HOLY GHOST
Amen

I am so blessed today that I want you to be blessed as well. Let us worship our Maker through singing.

PRAISE UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS!

Make an impact. Make a difference. Make a ripple. Tip the scale.

GOD BLESS YOU ABUNDANTLY! GOD IS ALWAYS LOVING YOU!

ALL THE GLORY BELONGS TO GOD ALONE!!!

P.U.S.H.

When you feel GOD's love, OVERFLOW WITH SONGS OF PRAISE!

I love "How Great Thou Art." So many of the old hymns are so meaningful and wonderful. I wish our church would do more of the good old hymns. But regardless, as long as a worship song for our Father, it's all good.
I too love music. It's so calming and uplifting.
It's amazing when the grand kids get cranky, I turn on some worship music and they immediately get happy and relax. God is Good!

Oh I'm glad you love this song. Another similar thing we both have. Yes the old hymns are very beautiful. So profound. Yes they are very uplifting. Oh that's nice to know about the grandkids! GOD works even through songs. Awesome!
