Giving Credit

2 Corinthians 10:15
"Nor do we boast and claim credit for the work someone else has done..."

If it is not your composition, please consider the names of the authors or composers. They deserve the credit for they took the effort in making their work. Integrity, in all sense, is respecting other people's rights too. Copyrights, at that matter. Not giving credit to an author or composer is plagiarism (stealing, in simpler terms). Respect other people's possessions so that others will respect you, too. We are GOD pleasers, yes. Whatever your heart's motives are, consider others better than yourselves. That is true humility. Respect is gained when given. Yes it is for GOD, but does GOD want you stealing other people's works?

Philippians 2:3
"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves."

Exodus 20:15
"You shall not steal."

Leviticus 19:11
"Do not steal..."

Deutoronomy 5:19
"You shall not steal."

I believe that if something has been stated in the Bible more than once, it is VERY important.

Matthew 22:39
And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'

You can never say you love GOD, if you do not love others.

"Ninety-nine percent of failures come from people who have the habit of making excuses." ~George Washington Carver

"The higher you go in any organization of value, the better the attitude you'll find." ~John C. Maxwell

"Always do more than is required of you." ~General George S. Patton

In order to act out true humility, study false humility and neglect it. Learn from corrections. Stop making excuses. Admit mistakes and learn to be meek. Too many people react because of corrections especially if the one corrected is older. Have a heart that stands corrected to improve your character for GOD. It is for your own good, anyway. Pride is such a big entry point for the enemy.

Proverbs 29:1
"A man who remains stiff-necked after many rebukes
will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy."

I disciple different kinds of youths. I rebuke every mistake for their own good. But, I, too stand corrected and I accept it when I do make a mistake because I know they care. Love always trusts. True love, that is.

If too many people do not like you, then better start evaluating yourself.

"If the WORD hurts, it works!" ~Pastor Windsor Cabrera

Make an impact. Make a difference. Make a ripple. Tip the scale.

PEACE BE WITH YOU! GOD BLESS YOU WITH SO MUCH WISDOM AND DISCERNMENT!

ALL THE GLORY BELONGS TO GOD ALONE!!!

When you feel GOD's love, OVERFLOW!
