I just love this song so much! Well, I love all of the Christian songs in the world hehehe! But this one clearly speaks of my life with God. I lived in sin but because of God's love and grace, I was given a new beginning. A life that only sees beautiful days. Beautiful things. When you feel down, look at your nature. How wonderful and amazing is our GOD! Truly breathtaking. Everything that God created leaves us speechless all the time. He created everything with just His Voice but the most important creation, He spent so much time with using His Hands is man. You are the most beautiful creation. You and me.

I thank God so much for so many miracles in my life everyday. When you are in God's Palm, you will surely experience all the beautiful things inspite of trials. Our GOD is so beautiful!

An update for my new contact lenses

This blog is like my personal diary now. hehehe!

Today, I went to the optical clinic. I've learned that there's a promo for the contact lenses that I wanted. Now, I have 2 pairs of contacts at a very low price that made me save 1000 pesos. To top it all off, there's free 5 pairs of disposable contact lenses. How great is our GOD!

new contact lenses

My contact lenses have expired already. I told my mom about it a week ago since I don't have enough money (no money at all hahaha) to buy a new pair. God is good because til now I'm using them but no infections yet. He is protecting my eyes. I just waited and surrendered the issue to God. I didn't insist on asking my mom about new ones. A few minutes ago, my mom told me to buy a new pair with some of the money she had given me last week. GOD is so faithful. God provides for His servants..His friends..His children! God has granted me a forgiving heart and wisdom that I know I will never get from anyone because apart from GOD, I am nothing!

I've been focused lately on what God truly wants me to need and focus on. I've had so many revelations. I'll share everything. Lately, I've learned with the people around me that they tend to create their own language. Create their own world and culture. Their own translation of Christianity. Too carnal. Too ungodly. Too hypocritical. They preach God's Word in their own language but we have to stick to the Truth. We have to model the Truth. I've always been saying, "act on your faith." Faith without deeds is useless (James 2:14-26). Christianity should be seen through our words and actions. Meekness. Gentleness. Wisdom. Love.

Now, now, you might tell me that my heart's desire should be God. Just like what my Cody always say, it's a given and God knows our hearts' desires. We desire God first then He gives us a bonus. My big bonus is Cody. My lover, my best friend, my partner. He is always there through thick and thin. I can say now that he is really my partner.

This is such a wonderful revelation about prayer.

When we pray from where we are, the demons will try to hinder it from reaching God (3rd heaven). If we NEVER STOP PRAYING, our prayers will push right through those demons and reach our God. Of course, this is a test of faith and perseverance. Never cease praying. I kind of had the theory that this is where they got the phrase "Pray Until Something Happens (P.U.S.H.)"

This is not to shake any doctrine or belief. This is just simply to encourage every reader to NEVER STOP PRAYING!

God is so good!

I should have done this last night but then I was exhausted from my trip. I was so excited to blog this as it will testify God's goodness and favor in my life. Now, I have regained all my strength coz of God's grace and power, I can blog it all out with all of my heart.

Testimony portion:
First, I had my alarm synchronized to 2am coz I was gonna travel for Manila yesterday. I wasn't able hear the alarm. Must've been a deep sleep. Then I believe God woke me up at 3am. The usual time I wake up the past few Sundays. Of course, I was in a hurry coz I was alarmed of the time. Funny. I shouldn't be. But then again, the bus left at 4am. Late. So I arrived in Manila at 8am. I still need to travel to my culinary school for an hour. My classes start at 9am. Our chef told us we were going to have an examination. I wasn't able to review or even open my book. I just prayed for God's favor. I was 10 minutes late. Amazingly, we didn't have an exam coz we have a different chef. I was so happy. After my class at 6pm, I still have to go to my sister's apartment. I arrived at 7pm in her apartment. I was in a hurry to catch the bus home. The moment I arrived the bus terminal and boarded the bus, the bus departed after a few minutes. God is so good! I can only testify and glorify God's goodness in my life. He has changed me in so many ways. He has improved my character. He used people like my family, boyfriend and a few, close friends who all made me accountable for my actions. Special thanks to my mom and boyfriend who have always been there and watched me grow in character, rebuke me every time, appreciate my existence and love me unconditionally.

Suicide Vs. LOVE

I have been blogging about LOVE, right? Why suicide now? Well, there's an obvious 'leading' from God. First, one of my friends talked about how people of the opposite sex would always want to commit suicide whenever they've started associating with her. Her name will remain anonymous all throughout this post. Second, I was browsing a friend's blogsite and I came across an interesting title..SUICIDE..truly, I was moved and burdened. I had to 'blog it out' <---new term hahaha!

A speaker once said in a seminar I've attended, "You can never share what you haven't experienced."

Now, you can never tell me that my posts are so false. hahaha! I only share what I've experienced. Been there, done that. God's grace is sufficient. Whenever I undergo trials, I already know there's a purpose that's why I am not afraid. God is everything I need. God has a purpose for all our trials. God is always faithful with the wisdom He has been giving us. I am not a born writer. Not even a skilled one. I never joined
essay writing contests as much as my sisters did and do. I was never an Editorial-in-Chief in school papers. My sisters were. But, because of my love for God, my love for people and inspirations from friends and my ninang, I use what I have for writing. I am better in oral. hahaha! My ever supportive boyfriend even suggested that he would make a website for me..for God..no pictures, of course..hahaha! My very sweet boyfriend..ANYWAY, that's a pretty long intro right there hahaha! Let's proceed...

2 Corinthians 12:9
"My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness."

We have heard people say that we are not given problems we cannot bear. True.

People might tell me that I don't understand what they're going through. How hard life is now. How hard it is to trust others. How life is worthless or useless. These are all lies. Why? I've been there. I've been the suicidal type. I would tell some of the past bf's I've had that I would commit suicide if they leave me or something like I'd die for them. It is not to show my love for them. Well, I can't call it love. It is to threaten them. Remember that the Bible says, "Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth." (1 Corinthians 13:6) Why do I say evil? Suicide means self-murder. Murder means to deprive of life or to put to death. The only One who can take away our lives is the One who gave it. Who gave our lives? A Supernatural Being...GOD! Oh and I even prayed so many times for God to take away my life coz I did not want to live anymore. Whenever I lose someone in the past, I would think that life is nothing without him. But then I know now why God let me undergo those trials..to make me stronger, to write posts about all those things (hehehe), and to meet the love of my life, my ever loving best friend, my partner, and my boyfriend. I'll be calling him my husband soon. hahaha! If not for my past then I wouldn't have the best blessing now.

Ok let's go to a much deeper explanation...

Thinking about suicide is a lie. Thinking about life is not worth living is a lie. Why lies? Because God created us to delight in Him so He can give us our heart's desires. To depend on Him. But what do we do? We run away from Him and listen to other voices..voices of lies..voices of sins. Sin hinders blessings! Well, they say that whatever is prohibited makes you feel so good. Lie again. Whatever is right should make you feel good. Right in God's eyes.

John 8:44
"The devil...was a murderer from the beginning, not
holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him.
When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he
is a liar and the father of lies."

Listen to that still small voice. That is GOD. How would you recognize? When there's peace. No doubt. No shame. No guilt. No pain. Read the Bible. Whatever is written in the Bible and you obey everything in It. God never lies.

You might tell me..no one loves you..no one cares for you..that if you die, no one would weep for you. There is One. He loves you so much that He gave His only Son to die for you..for me..for us! Suicide would make Him weep so much. More than any human could ever weep. Why? Because suicide would mean that HE would lose a soul forever. No more eternity with Him. We were created because God wants to be with us..to spend eternity with us. That's why He have set us high above other organisms.

You might tell me that it is so impossible to change. You cannot do it. Well, well, well..GOOD NEWS! You cannot do it..GOD CAN! It's impossible for you..NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD!

I've always believed that when something has been stated in the Bible too many times, it is VERY IMPORTANT. Well, all of God's Word is important. Try looking up. His ways and thoughts are higher than ours. Allow Him to move in your life. He knows what's best for us. God loves us..GOD LOVES YOU!

God's deliverance is awesome. God's love is amazing. God's grace is sufficient. You feel you have your life in God's hands...and boom!...it's PARADISE!
